Jeff Jones

Jeff Jones is Executive Vice President of Fremont Group. He is a member of the Executive Operating Committee.
Jeff oversees enterprise strategy, client services, tax, finance and operations, and human resources, among other client and corporate functions. He also works with Fremont investment teams on strategies for operating companies.
Jeff has nearly 30 years of collective experience in private equity, management consulting, and general management.
He began his career with Fremont in 2017 as an Operating Partner at Fremont Private Holdings in New York. In 2022 he moved to the Fremont Group office in San Francisco and became a Partner and Executive Vice President in 2025.
Prior to joining Fremont, Jeff was a Senior Advisor at TPG Capital, a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and President of the XLO Group of Companies, a third-generation family business.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.
