Keiri T. Custodio

Mr. Custodio joined Fremont Realty Capital at its founding in 1997 and has been involved with sourcing, structuring, executing and managing private equity investments in real estate operating companies as well as in real estate projects. His industry experience covers all core commercial property types and several alternative real estate sectors including senior housing, self storage, lodging, student housing, and cold storage. Mr. Custodio is an active member of the Management Committees and Board of Directors of many of Fremont Realty Capital’s investments. Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital, Mr. Custodio served as Senior Analyst for Fremont Properties, where he played an integral role in the underwriting and closing of new acquisitions and development opportunities, and assisted in debt refinancing and other asset management activities. Prior to his role at Fremont Properties, Mr. Custodio was with BA Investment Real Estate, an institutional real estate advisory group of Bank of America.
Mr. Custodio is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and member of the CFA Institute, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries and ULI. Mr. Custodio received a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
