Tim Johnson joined Fremont Private Holdings in 2022. He focuses on sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing FPH’s direct private investments. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining Fremont, Tim was an Investment Banking Associate at BMO Capital Markets based in the firm’s New York office. As part of the Mergers & Acquisitions group, Tim worked on a wide variety of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions with significant exposure to multiple industries.
A native of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
