At Fremont Group, we are committed to supporting the community by being responsible and responsive citizens, through an ongoing program of philanthropy, and through participation in charitable endeavors. Employees are encouraged to get involved in philanthropic causes and to take leadership positions in charitable organizations.

At the company level, we support a variety of charitable programs with particular emphasis on education and health. The Fremont Group Charitable Foundation makes financial donations to worthy organizations and offers a matching program for employee educational gifts. The Foundation has supported organizations including:
